I am genuinely appalled by both the quality of the dress I received and the shady business practices of this company.

The material is beyond cheap—it clings uncomfortably to the body like static-charged plastic wrap.

It feels like something you'd expect from a bargain-bin costume shop, not a legitimate clothing retailer.

To make matters worse, I paid out of pocket to return the item and was still withheld £9 from my refund with no valid explanation.

This is utterly dishonest, especially considering I followed all return procedures and paid for the postage myself.

Avoid this company at all costs. Poor product, worse service, and absolutely zero regard for customer satisfaction.
Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Awful company. I returned items but now told I pressed the gift card option on their returns page. I did not. Nothing fitted correctly at one item. Had to pay to return others and now I’m stuck with a £200 credit note (not even received that) and customer service sticking to their ‘policy’. I would not have checked the gift card box as I don’t want to order ANYTHING again from these people. BIG MISTAKE!

I was very disappointed with the item as it wasn't as it seemed in picture. I payed for delivery and was very annoyed to find I had to pay nearly £5 to send it back so in total ive played £9 and have nothing to see for it. I can assure you I will never be ordering any think else again.

Well, I was hoping for a lush dress for when the pubs re open and I was very disappointed, the dress is made from awful material and is quite see through (quite cheap looking) and for £40 you could buy better quality from primark to be honest, sent it back for a refund.

Terrible communication. Didn’t receive my order or a refund after several emails!! Don’t order!

Love your clothes and I would order more but...... I dislike that you charge for returns in the current climate it’s too risky to keep ordering and keep having to send back and pay :(

I bought 2 dresses of the same style and size but different fabrics.1 fitted me fine but I was really surprised when the 2nd didn't as it was too small. If you purchase 2 items of the same style and size surely they should have identical dimensions.
